Get ready to embark on a truly unique and transformative experience in Panama. During our inaugural surf & yoga adventure retreat at beautiful Sansara, we have combined the thrill of adventure travel with the comfort of having your every need met. Located steps from the water’s edge, Sansara welcomes you with luxury amenities, world-class cuisine, and absolute paradise in a setting where relaxation and adventure meet!
Wake to the gentle sounds of ocean waves and sea breezes, before heading to the oceanfront yoga shala for an invigorating yoga sequence led by Trenton. Her juicy practice sets the tone for a fabulous day ahead. After breakfast, experience the thrill of different adventures each day*, including professional surf lessons, a 4x4 tide pool excursion, hikes, SUP, or a bike ride, followed by lunch and some time to simply relax and take it all in. Use this time to reflect, rejuvenate, laugh your heart out with newfound friends, enjoy a beach-side massage, or simply lounge by the pool without a care in the world. We will come together for a delicious group dinner, followed by a soul satiating restorative/yoga nidra class, led by Laura, to close out our day and usher you into dreamland. Sleep, breathe, repeat.
*For days without structured activities, there are plenty of options to build your own adventure. Our team is happy to assist in scheduling any of these for you.

Meet Trenton DeSpain, 500 HR RYT and studio manager of Heart & Soul Yoga in Marble Falls, TX.
Trenton has been in the fitness industry since 1982, teaching aerobics, step, and personal training etc. In 2014, she stepped into her first yoga class and her life took a drastic change for the better. It rocked her world through not only fitness, but allowing her mind to slow down and enjoy each and every day she is given. The summer of 2016, Trenton was certified as a 200hr RYT from Heart & Soul Yoga by Brad Offutt and began sharing her new found passion. In November of that year, she traveled to Arizona to add an additional 100 hrs of training through the Baron Baptiste Institution and the adventure continued as her love for yoga grew. Trenton began teaching yoga to middle school girls in the public school system and that may have been her proudest hour. She had 90 young yoga students soaking up everything she could give them. In July of 2019, she traveled to Bali and received her 300hr RYT with Zuna Yoga. After retiring from the public school system in May of 2020 ( after 26 years), she became the manager of Heart & Soul Yoga. She loves to share her passion for yoga and how it has healed not only her body, but her mind and heart as well.

Three Peas Adventures was founded in 2021 by a group of travel enthusiasts who wanted to make it easier for people to discover new destinations, cultures, and experiences. Having met each other on a similar type of trip, we know first hand just how valuable bringing the right group of people together can be. We are passionate about travel and believe that everyone deserves to have amazing adventures. Unlike traditional yoga retreats, Three Peas Adventures proudly embraces the concept of a balanced, multi-faceted experience. While we recognize the importance of health and well-being, we also understand that true balance encompasses so much more than hours of yoga practice and strict detox regimens. We believe in creating an environment where health, healing, inspiration, adventure, culture, landscapes, delicious food, good vibes from feel-good folks, and fun times seamlessly intertwine. A setting where like-minded individuals gather to connect, share stories, create memories, feel true joy, and forge lifelong friendships while simultaneously incorporating the healing elements of yoga, meditation, and self-inquiry work for an enhanced experience.

Garden View Cabanas
Sansara’s garden view cabanas are surrounded by tropical palm trees and located just steps away from the Pacific Ocean. The three cabanas incorporate traditional design techniques, using renewable materials such as stone and wood to create elegant and comfortable spaces that allow you to connect with the natural world. Each cabana includes a private garden view patio, organic bath products, luxurious linens, mini bar, Wi-Fi access, complimentary bicycles and SUP’s.
Ocean view Cabanas
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean from one of the available ocean view cabanas. Each have been designed to inspire a sense of peace and serenity. Decorated with traditional tiles, delicate color palettes and handcrafted wooden furniture, each beautiful cabana has access to private patio.
Oceanfront Suites
Sansara’s oceanfront suites offer beautiful and unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, as well as the mountainous region of Cambutal. Set amidst beautifully landscaped tropical gardens, these four artfully decorated suites have their own private patios which are perfect to take in the sun while you sip your morning coffee.
Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Prices are per person.
Arrival & Departure
- April 27: Please plan to arrive in Panama at Tocumen International Airport (PTY) by this day. Transportation will be provided from the airport to the first hotel, where you will have the evening free to acclimate and do as you please.
- April 28: Transportation pick up in Panama City will take place at 9:00AM from our hotel. It will take approximately 5 hours to make the journey to our resort.
- May 4: The return trip from Sansara to Panama City departs at 8:30am on your retreat's final morning, arriving and dropping off everyone at their hotels. We recommend staying the night in Panama City again on May 4th and departing the following day. For participants with departing flights the same day as the retreat checkout, we recommend no earlier than a 6:00pm departure flight time, to allow participants to partake in the complimentary shuttle to the city. Please note - the shuttle service does not go to the International Airport. If this service is required, an additional fee will apply.
Travel Insurance
INSURANCE:
Basic travel insurance that includes medical benefits is highly recommended for each passenger. A comprehensive travel insurance policy including trip cancellation and interruption, baggage, accident, emergency assistance and medical assistance is recommended due to the uncertain nature of travel. RESCUE AND MEDICAL ASSISTANCE:
In the unlikely event of rescue and medical assistance being needed, the participant shall be liable for the entire cost thereof, unless covered by insurance.
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
By submitting the trip deposit or full payment, the client certifies that he/she does not knowingly have any physical or other condition of disability that would create a risk for himself/herself or other trip participants. Any required inoculations must be recorded by the client's health practitioner on a valid vaccination certificate which the client must carry in his/her possession during the trip. You should check with your health care provider for up-to-date requirements and personal recommendations for the countries you are traveling in.
